The Making of The GVNG Tree
Meet our fall photography installation and see how you can use it during your next studio session.
01 · The concept
One fall installation. Plenty of room to make it yours.
The GVNG Tree was designed to give photographers a seasonal setting without limiting the rest of the studio.
Built around a 4.5-foot ghostwood log, the installation combines fall foliage, preserved floral texture, brown draping and flameless candles.
Use it for portraits, couples, families, branding sessions or a few seasonal images within a larger gallery.

The starting point
A 4.5-foot ghostwood log sourced through Facebook Marketplace.
The build
Chicken wire, floral foam, wire, fishing line and ceiling hooks created the support.
The finished installation
Layered foliage, brown draping, preserved texture and flameless candles.

Candles
The flameless candles may be turned on. Open flames are not permitted.
Rug
The rug is optional and may be removed for a cleaner composition.
